General terms and conditions of business

1. Scope
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract

4. Terms of Delivery
Shipping
The standard shipping costs within Germany are €4.99. 5. Payment In our shop, billing is done exclusively in euros. If prices in other currencies are listed in addition to the euro prices, this is simply for information, but not for billing. PayPal: During the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. After placing the order in the shop, we ask PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is then automatically carried out by PayPal immediately. 6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.

7. Damage in transit
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the shipment.

8. Exchange/Refund/Cancellation Policy
If the goods received are damaged or have a defect, you have the right to cancel this contract within seven days, stating the damage/defects, and to request a refund or exchange. The cancellation period is seven days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. 9. Emergency Measures
We do not guarantee the smooth and duty-free customs clearance of the goods according to the customs regulations in the country of destination. We hand over the goods to the responsible authority if there is a legitimate delivery request based on the relevant laws and regulations of the responsible government office, etc. In this case, the company will notify the user immediately. Even if the customer has suffered damage as a result of the damage referred to in the previous paragraph, we are not liable for the compensation. In this case, the obligation of the customer to pay the costs and related expenses in connection with the goods concerned will continue.

10. Indemnification
We are not liable for damage caused to the customer by filling in incorrect information and as a result of which the shipment cannot be declared or delivered. If a shipment is canceled due to incorrect information from the customer (e.g. wrong address, incorrect customs number of the customer, etc. are refused by customs in the country of destination or the recipient deliberately refuses the shipment, the customer bears the entire shipping costs in the country of shipment and country of destination. 12. Final Provisions
Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the other provisions. German law is applicable to contracts between us and you under the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods ( CISG, "UN Sales Convention").
